In the manufacturing process, first different metal compositions (copper, tin, zinc, iron, lead, gold and silver) are melted in a furnace as raw materials, depending on the production needs, such as for the production of bronze sound bowls or seven metal sound bowls. The hot molten metal is removed from the furnace and poured into cubes to prepare a metal mold for sound bowls of different sizes and weights.
