When you feel bad - Comfort cards for the anxious
Anxiety is often a vague feeling, with a number of different experiences and feelings underneath or inside that may be difficult to identify. When you feel bad cards help you identify the experiences brought by anxiety.
The deck contains 44 double-sided cards: one side has a power thought and the other side has an associated gentle mindfulness practice.

Card usage instructions:
Draw a card when you're having a hard time: choose the most talkative or draw randomly. With the help of the cards, you learn to deal with difficult feelings, thoughts and experiences.
You can also use the cards as mindfulness practice cards, i.e. use only the blue practice side of the cards.
