In the spring of 2023, Kati Hoffström began channeling a being who said she represented the Galactic Federation. This individual, named Kiri, resides on a huge mothership orbiting planet earth high above the equator in a vibrational dimension invisible to the human eye. From there, he leads the starseed project, within the framework of which millions and millions of volunteer starlings have been sent to planet earth for decades to raise the vibrational frequency of humanity, which was once again on the verge of collapsing towards destruction.
