For each day, the moon phase, the change in the direction of its height (orbital level), when the Moon is closest and farthest, and the sign of the zodiac that tells whether the effect is in the roots, flowers, leaves or fruits.

By keeping a weather diary, you can see the effects of the weather on your garden and health. By combining weather monitoring (especially wind direction) you will learn to see the overall effect of nature in your own work and in the growth of your garden and field. The old people always marked the weather of the sowing day on the edge of the almanac so that they knew what to expect from the growth!

The fastest way to learn the effect of the moon cycle is to write down when you did something, what the weather was like, and then when the end result is visible, go back to see what weather and moon phase it was planted or done to get such an end result. In this way, the knowledge of kuoperimae quickly becomes your own experience, just like in the old days, and you find the best possible conditions for each job.
