Hope's book about depression and Lupa surra - the author of the book Miia Moisio's Hope cards bring glimmers of light and sparks of hope to moments when they are otherwise hard to find.

The beautifully illustrated deck of cards contains 45 cards and four different themes: 1. love 2. presence and trust 3. experience of hopelessness and hope 4. emotions.

You can browse the cards and choose the one that speaks to you and offers just the right words for this moment. The right card can also be the one that raises any emotion: observe the emotion calmly. You can also pick a card from the deck randomly, relying on intuition: what message does the card bring you right now? You can meditate on the message or write down your feelings.
