Heli Mäkelä is a social worker from Vantaa, an occupational therapist, a solution-oriented coach, a mindfulness instructor, an emotional skills instructor for children and young people, and a respiratory therapist. Together with Tiia Trogen, he has written Feelings from head to toe (2022).
