Let's enjoy before the ritual to raise energy.
Ingredients: Nettle, peppermint, sage, ginger
Includes two empty tea bags.
How to use: Put 1 tsp/cup of the ritual drink mixture into an empty tea bag and place the bag with the mouth opening facing up at the bottom of the tea cup. Boil water and pour it over the tea bag. Let the bag brew for about 5 minutes, take the bag out and sip the tea slowly while enjoying.
Store in a dry place.
