Join Hämeenlinna Tarotpuodi's full moon relaxation evening on April 23 at 6:15 p.m. The evening begins with a grounding meditation, after which we move to the soothing soundscape created by the sound bowls. The theme of the evening is increasing self-esteem and opening the heart center. The relaxation session lasts about 45 minutes. Remember to bring your own platform, blanket and pillow, and dress warmly, because the event is held in the attic of Tarotpuodi and the floor is cool. If necessary, you can borrow the platform and other accessories on site.
