GENERAL

The customer must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have a guardian's consent for your order.

PURCHASING AND PRICES

It is possible to purchase products from the online store using the shopping cart. The purchase is binding when you have read and accepted the delivery terms, placed your order, and received an order confirmation. Product prices include value-added tax according to the current VAT rate. We reserve the right to change our prices without separate notice.

PAYMENT METHODS

Our online store accepts:

- Mobile Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Amex, MC, Visa, domestic bank cards, Paytrail invoice

In the Paytrail payment service, payment can be made using domestic online banking credentials, most credit cards, as well as by invoice or installment payment.

To pay with PayPal, you need a PayPal account. You can register at https://www.paypal.com/fi

Our payment transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not store your payment information in our system.

Payment Service Provider Paytrail

As a payment broker and service provider, Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or credit card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In the case of complaints, please contact the product provider first.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided in the delivery details. The order confirmation is a binding document between the parties (merchant and customer). If for some reason you do not receive an order confirmation after placing your order, please contact our customer service at tarot@tarotpuoti.fi

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email at tarot@tarotpuoti.fi and let us know that you wish to cancel your order. Please note that an uncollected shipment is NOT considered an order cancellation.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs include the costs of shipping, order processing, and packaging materials. From 1.3.2022 onwards, we charge shipping fees as follows:

- 5.95€ for orders shipped via Posti within Finland.

We also currently deliver to most EU countries. Shipping costs vary by country.

Shipping costs added to the order are automatically calculated in the shopping cart total.

DELIVERY METHODS

All orders in Finland are delivered as Posti parcels. The customer can choose delivery to the nearest service point. Parcel shipments are available for collection approximately 1-3 business days after dispatch. We deliver orders to Finland, Estonia, Sweden, and most other EU countries.

Please note that courier companies keep the package at the pickup point for 7 days. For the re-shipment of an uncollected package, we charge shipping fees according to the current rate list of Pakettikauppa.fi, depending on the method of shipment.

We are not responsible for changes related to Posti deliveries that are beyond our control. Posti may, without prior warning, redirect packages to the nearest next pickup point if, for example, the closest one to the recipient is full.

LOCAL PICKUP

You can pick up your order once you have received a message that it is ready. Collection from the Hämeenlinna point is possible within opening hours after you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup from the Tampere point is also possible, but it is extremely important to wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. Orders are brought from Hämeenlinna to Tampere, so it is good to allow a few days for this.

Pickups are not possible on all days.

DELIVERY TIMES

Products sold in the online store are almost always in stock. We typically dispatch paid orders within two to three business days of payment confirmation. If a product is not in stock, it will be marked as "Sold Out" on the product page. If you order a sold-out product, we will inform you by email about product substitutions.

If there is a stock error for the ordered product, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue. At the customer's request, the sale can be canceled and in this case, we will refund the entire purchase amount. Shipping costs are not refunded if there are deliverable products in the order.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

All products purchased from our online store are subject to a 14-day return policy in accordance with the mail-order law for unused products. The product must be return
