Tuk Tuk (formerly Ullulawl) 100% ceremonial cocoa: approx. 460g - Soul Lift Cacao
This ceremonial cocoa comes from the mouth of the Lanquin River in the Alta Verapaz region. From a farm managed by the Q'eqchi tribe, these beans are fermented and dried by a cooperative uniting isolated farmers and made into a paste by a women's collective called Cacao Source on Lake Atitlan.
The flavor profile is balanced and smooth with caramel aromas. Catarina and the women's collective at Lake Atitlan prepare pasta.
*The labels and branding of our products are approved by the producers and we have their consent to share cocoa for humanity.
* Cacao has been held sacred in Mesoamerican culture for thousands of years, long before the chocolate industry transformed the original treasure.
