Dream Cards

With the help of Dream Cards, you’ll learn to approach yourself, life, and bedtime with more calm and compassion.

The most important tool of the Sandman – a set of exercises to relax both mind and body.

The Dream Cards deck includes 45 activity cards designed to help you wind down before bed. These cards gently guide you toward a more peaceful relationship with yourself, your thoughts, and your nightly routine.

Shuffle the deck and draw a card. Do the suggested exercise at your own pace – or continue until you fall asleep. You can also draw multiple cards and complete several exercises if you wish. There are two types of cards:
– Light blue cards offer calming relaxation practices
– Pink cards provide writing tasks to help ease mental burden

The exercises are based on methods proven helpful in addressing common sleep difficulties.
