How to use the cards:

Spread out the deck of cards and let your eyes wander through the poems. Intuitively pick the poem that touches you the most right now. Go through the poem to the writing exercise found on the other side of the card. You can also draw a surprise card from the deck and see what its message offers you at this moment. Sometimes just an empowering poem can be enough.

The cards also work well for journaling.

Tips for writing:

Let the text come freely without censoring anything or thinking too much. Don't worry about spelling or handwriting. Remember that you are only writing for yourself. The most important thing is not how much or how well you write, but what is true for you in this moment. Finally, read what you have written and, if you wish, pick out the most important things for you in a sentence or two.
