"Last night I had an adventurous dream in which I flew over the roofs and domes of an oriental city on a flying carpet..." This could be the sentence that starts any conversation in the morning. The world of dreams is unique in its diversity. It ranges from the strange and inexplicable dreams that fill our night sky with stars and that amaze and puzzle us, to the daydreams that cause headaches for thousands of people every day.

Since ancient times, this unsettling experience has fascinated and frightened people in equal measure. However, it was not until the early 20th century, thanks to the research of Sigmund Freud - the father of modern psychoanalysis - and his followers, that dreams were elevated to their rightful place as messages from the subconscious. They reveal to us, only through a seemingly incomprehensible language, everything we need to know to develop as human beings.

This is precisely why it is important to understand the meaning of dreams and, above all, to learn to remember their content. We just need to clear the way to the mysterious and enchanting world of dreams, learn to understand the thought-provoking and exciting language of dream images and solve their real riddle.
