This book is a journey to the edge of one's own heart, to the source of potential and strength that pulsates strong and wise in all of us. The book is written for brave adults who want change in their lives. Too often our own mind and beliefs put obstacles in front of our well-being and happiness. The aim of the book is to bring insights into how one can examine and modify one's own beliefs through arresting stories and experiences, researched information and exercises. Courageous stories also help us understand our own beliefs better. The book and exercises encourage you to think in a new way, to challenge yourself, and to look for possibility thinking: "Yes I can" and "At this age I can".

The author of the book, Jaana Hautala, has worked as a holistic well-being educator, coach and speaker for more than 10 years. Jaana is endlessly interested in people's minds, mental well-being and our own potential, i.e. inner strength. His interest in mental skills began already in the late 1980s with his own competitive sports. Systematic study of the influence of the mind on both health, happiness and harnessing potential was strengthened in the 21st century. Jaana has met thousands of people coaching and training mental skills, and she is constantly studying more mental skills, also combining neuroscience with it. At the age of 50, after her own identity crises, Jaana has found a dream life and the meaning of life by building a new and flexible belief system for herself.

Jaana Hautala is an NLP Master Trainer, Life Coach Trainer, solution-oriented coach, wellness coordinator, relaxation and yoga instructor. With her book, Jaana wants to bring courage, new thinking and insight into the development of all of us' mental well-being and listening to our own strength.
