The traditional Japanese matcha spoon, chashaku, is handmade from a single piece of golden bamboo. Chashaku is suitable for daily use and is particularly durable. Each piece is handmade and unique. The spoons are made in such a way that you can measure the ideal amount of matcha powder. About 2 chashaku spoons of matcha powder are used for a standard size cup of matcha.
CLEANING: Chashaku is not cleaned with water, but with a dry cloth. Store in a dry place.
