As a mighty tree, Atlas cedar can grow to a height of more than 30 meters and live for more than a thousand years. Originally from Lebanon, Cyprus and Morocco or Algeria, Atlas Cedar has a woody aroma with a soft, deep, balsamic and smoky base.

COMPOSITION
Main components:
β-Himacalene: between 41 and 50%
α-himacalene: between 15 and 19%
γ-himacalene: between 9 and 13%

INSTRUCTIONS
Use: Food flavoring (CoE n°: 2025n)
Food dosage: 1 drop per serving for 5 people (must not exceed 2%)
Always use essential oil diluted with a suitable substance (e.g. honey, vegetable oil, etc.)
Soluble in alcohol, fatty substances (vegetable oils and butters) and emulsions (creams).
Not soluble in water. However, it can be used in these types of products mixed with Solubol (in this case you need to add 4 times more Solubol than essential oil).
