Product content:

Buckthorn extract 99.9% (water (aqua), buckthorn (Hericium erinaceus) fruit body), ethanol. ( Alcohol content 25% )

Manual:

For adults, the recommended maximum daily dose of the tincture is 2ml, i.e. 3 pipettes once a day. The best way to enjoy the tincture is to drop it directly from the pipette onto the tongue, but it can also be added to your favorite drinks, such as coffee, tea or smoothies.

Dosage for children: Not recommended for children under 12 years of age!
