Calm down cards

The calming cards are designed especially for use by children and young people.

Using the cards is easy: Shuffle the deck, randomly pick one card and do the exercise. You can also sort the cards by color - what you need at any given time:

Blue = calming the body

Yellow = calming the mind

Green = the soothing power of gentleness

Red = the calming power of movement

The card deck contains 45 colorful relaxation exercises.
