Products can be purchased from the online store using a shopping cart. The purchase is binding once you have read and accepted the terms of delivery, placed an order, and received an order confirmation. The prices of the products include value-added tax according to the current applicable VAT rate. We reserve the right to change our prices without separate notice.
PAYMENT METHODS
Our online store offers two payment methods: Paytrail payment service and Paypal. With Paytrail payment service, you can pay using Finnish online banking credentials, most credit cards, or by invoice or installment payment.
To make a payment with Paypal, you need your own Paypal account. You can register at https://www.paypal.com/fi.
Our payment traffic is secure and encrypted. We do not store your payment information in our system.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the implementer and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is shown as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or credit card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided for delivery information. The order confirmation is a binding document between the parties (merchant and customer). If for any reason you do not receive an order confirmation after placing your order, please contact our customer service via email at ville.ketonen@animalhouse.me.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email to ville.ketonen@animalhouse.me stating that you want to cancel your order. An uncollected shipment is not considered a cancellation of the order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include the costs of shipping, order processing, and packaging materials. We charge shipping costs as follows starting from March 1, 2022:
€5.95 for orders delivered in Finland via Posti (Finnish postal service).
In addition, we currently ship to most EU countries. Shipping costs vary by country.
The shipping costs added to the order are automatically calculated and included in the total price in the shopping cart.
Free shipping for orders over €95 (applies only to orders within Finland).
DELIVERY METHODS
All orders are shipped within Finland as Posti's postal parcels. The customer can choose the closest Posti pick-up point for delivery. Parcel shipments are available for pick-up within 1-3 business days after dispatch. We deliver orders to Finland, Estonia, and Sweden, as well as to most other EU countries.
Please note that the transport companies keep the package at the pick-up point for 7 days. For re-delivery of an uncollected package, we charge shipping costs according to the current price list of Pakettikauppa.fi, depending on the shipping method.
We are not responsible for changes related to Posti's deliveries that are beyond our control. Posti may redirect, without prior notice, packages to the nearest alternative pick-up point if the recipient's nearest pick-up point is, for example, full.

ON-SITE PICKUP
In the online store, you can choose the Hämeenlinna or Tampere store as the pickup location for your order. If you select on-site pickup, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid identification document when picking up your order.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via email at ville.ketonen@animalhouse.me and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return and retaining proof of shipment. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and payment method used for the original purchase.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products sold through our online store are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which may vary depending on the product. The warranty period and terms will be specified in the product description or included documentation. If you encounter any issues with a product covered by a warranty, please contact our customer service, and we will assist you in initiating a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
