A real butterfly mounted under glass in an elegant handmade black wooden frame, assortment. Most of the specimens are raised on "butterfly farms" which help preserve the precious rainforest environment by providing villagers with an alternative source of income instead of clearing virgin tropical rainforest. Please note that a preservative is used to preserve the insects, which may initially give off a strong odor. This is completely normal and the odor will dissipate within a few days.
