The pastel lovely Dreamy will take you to ninth heaven! This cool-toned purple looks its best in bleached, platinum hair, the color stickiness weakens the darker the base color is. Let the pastel hair dye work for at least 60 minutes to achieve the best and longer result. Dreamy often fades to a beautiful silver shade.
