The Erohehku card deck has 42 growth cards. Each card contains a supporting thought and self-reflection questions. The cards lead the divorced person to the growth process through three themes: caress, wake up and glow.

The cards are designed for personal growth, therapy work and peer groups.

Card usage instructions:

The card deck has three themes:

Lull, wake and glow, which follow the stages of the breakup process. However, the divorce process is not straightforward, the different stages vary. You can use the cards by theme, depending on which stage of the process you are at any given time. Or you can draw a card randomly from the whole deck.

Each card contains a thought and a question related to the theme. You can think about the question yourself or you can discuss the questions with a trusted person. You can also write a growth diary for yourself about your process.

You will also find 3 additional cards in the deck that unlock the theme of the cards.
