Angelic pastel blue hair dye will have you walking on air! This cool baby blue shade will show up the best on pre-bleached, platinum hair, and generally won't take to hair any darker than light blonde. We recommend that you leave a pastel shade in for at least 60 minutes for a brighter, longer lasting color. Get creative - you can mix Angelic with our light green Minted for the ultimate pastel turquoise or with our super-soft pink Cute for the perfect plush purple!
