Ylang Ylang III essential oil BIO 10ml - Laboratoire Propos'Nature
Ylang ylang, which means "flower of flowers" in Malay, evokes femininity and especially Gauguin's vahines, which were long the fantasy of Europeans and navigators of all kinds. Originally grown in Southeast Asia, it was traditionally used on the islands and is now essential in perfumery for its exotic scent. Distillation of fresh flowers, which is done fractionally, makes it possible to obtain different qualities of ylang ylang essential oils. The extra superior and extra first fractions are intended for use in luxury perfumes, the second and third fractions are used more for cosmetics, soaps and detergents, while the "perfect" or "totum" fraction, which requires more than 10 hours of continuous distillation, is reserved for aromatherapy. (a mix of all features).
