Tulsi Sleep is an organic herbal tea designed to promote natural, restful sleep. It combines stress-relieving herbs such as Tulsi, Gotu Kola, Ashwagandha and Shankpushpi (Tricolor Bindweed). Chamomile, Cardamom and Peppermint round out the blend, making it pleasantly palatable and calming.
This tea is perfect for relaxing before bed, supporting restorative sleep and alleviating the effects of jet lag, for example. Recommended use is 1–2 cups in the evening or before bed.
Recipe:
Place one tea bag in 2.5 dl of very hot water and let steep for 5–10 minutes.
