Card usage instructions:

You can choose the card intuitively or by sub-area. Only do partner exercises with someone you trust. First, lay the groundwork for safety, trust and connection. Only after that does the body give permission to relax and experience what is necessary to experience. Some of the exercises can be painful, so give the exercises time so that they can strengthen your own relationship with your body and your own sexuality.
