The pastel blue Angelic will make you walk on clouds! This cool blue shade is at its best in pre-lightened, even completely platinum blonde hair. The darker the base color, the weaker the color adhesion. Let the pastel hair dye work for at least 60 minutes to achieve the best and longer result. Be creative- Mix Angelic with light green Minted to get the ultimate pastel turquoise, or alternatively if you want a lovely pastel lilac, we recommend Pink to mix with Angelic.
