Jaconia, a world created by ancient wizards in the middle of the cursed giant city of Borvaria, is full of mysteries, dangers, and surprises. Jaconia's most famous inhabitants, the Praedors, thrive there, but in the shadows of the adventurers and warriors, there are many more ordinary people.
This anthology of short stories features ordinary Jaconians trying to avoid adventure in their lives. However, that is difficult in a world where demons are a reality, a monster can jump out from around the corner, and ancient magic can awaken at any time. Hard fate can also be experienced among fellow humans, as in Jaconia, robbers are a constant threat to property and princes will stop at nothing to gain more power.
Tales from Jaconia contains twelve short stories set in the fantasy world created by comic artist Petri Hiltunen, familiar from role-playing games. Each author contributes to the mystical yet familiar world, which once again proves to be larger than its size.
