Gentleness for the body cards invite you to stop by yourself and your own body. The cards continue familiar themes from the book Kotona kehossa , strengthening body awareness, self-compassion and experiencing the body from the inside. Gentle exercises help you strengthen your relationship with your own unique body. The card pack contains a total of 45 cards and 3 different card types:
1. physical exercises
2. reflection tasks
3. promises to the body.

The cards are also suitable for use in groups, for example for workshops, retreats and trainings.
How to use the cards:
Shuffle the deck and turn your senses inward. Intuitively pick up the card and take a moment for your body with the card's message. You can write down your insights if you want
Note If an exercise arouses too strong emotions, don't beat yourself up and force yourself to continue, but pick up a new card. In the midst of intense thoughts and feelings, you can also always stop, pay attention to your surroundings, take a breath and only continue the exercise if you want to.
