Mellow is for everyone who likes bright and happy colors! This heavily pigmented shade is a rich, honey yellow. We recommend lightening the hair to level 9 (light blonde), but yellow tones will not cause problems with this shade. Be creative - mix Mellow and Ecstatic orange and create a beautiful tangerine tinted with yellow!
