The deck contains 44 double-sided cards: one side has a theme and the other side a small supporting text on the topic and questions to think about. With the support of the cards, you can work on themes that help you understand and accept yourself more deeply.

The cards help us understand that we as people are all different and unique in our own right, even though we easily tend to compare ourselves to others. Self-knowledge is useful for improving one's emotional life.
